Dixie State College
This institution is a four-year college serving the higher education needs of the St. George community. The college covers several blocks from 700 east in St. George to 1100 east and from 100 south to 500 south.

Athletics

In recent years the school has moved from a 2-year (Junior College) to a four-year college.

As a Junior College, Dixie was recognized as one of the dominant forces in Athletics, garnering two Junior College National Championships in men's basketball, a national championship in women's soccer and many top 10 finishes in men's football.

Presently the athletic programs are competing in NCAA Division II.
