Running & Biking Trails

The St. George area offers over 50 miles of paved trailsfor use by locals and visitors alike. These trail systems are great for walking, running, biking and roller blading. 

Picnic

Visit one of the local parks or throw out your blanket on any of the public lands in the area.  During winter months you'll find that mid-day temperatures are still quite ideal for picnics. In spring and fall the temps are great throughout the day. During summer months you may want to move to some high-country to areas such as Pine Valley where there's forest shade and higher elevations for cooler temperatures.
